“Your domain name ‘debitmachine.mobi’ is locked for transfer which was triggered by updating the contact information by un-checking the option ‘icann Lock Opt Out’ on December 10, 2024 which was already informed in the previous email. Therefore, the transfer away request for your domain was canceled.”
“updating the contact information” was done by an employee of netfirm to delay the transfer
from “Netfirms”
Escalated Support Team
Then they blamed it on “Domain.com”
The current registrar, Domain.com, for the domain debitmachine.mobi rejected
the transfer request you submitted because of Initial 60 Days after icann trade.
Pursuant to established registry procedures the transfer is declined.
This is a number of issues with Netfirms’ attempts to stop transferring out domain names.

I would guess that they believe they can get away with this because they are owned by #newfolddigital who are a “Bad Monopoly of web service”

this was done by a web search which may not be 100% correct — but you get the idea that #newfolddigital owns a few sites
